1. Delivery timings: We try our best to deliver orders at the earliest. But this is not possible at all times due to unforeseen reasons. No responsibility for delay or error in delivery. But will accomodate our customers at all times. Lead times will commence from the date order is received, sgined off for artwork and paid in full.
2. Area of delivery: We only deliver within the UK, no overseas orders are taken. But if we are requested to provide orders outside of UK. We will be able to confirm this prior to taking any orders and the costs of delviery at finalisation of order.
3. Delivery timings: Deliveries within the UK varies based on orders. It could anything between 5-14 working days based on order finalisation.
4. Delviery costs are separate to item costs advertised on our website.
5. Costs depends on external providers quotations and how quickly a customer needs their order delivered.
6. Delay is receiving the order must be reported to Insta Prmotions with no later than 7 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. All orders can be cancelled until order is finalised and payment has been received.
2. Refunds if made will only be made to the bank account from which payment was received.
2.1 Refunds could take between 15-20 working days.
3. Returning your items: If for any reason you wish to return your items, please do so with contacting Insta Promotions within 7 workings days for full refund, exchange or credit note.
3.1 Items that are not faulty will not be returned. As these orders are printed specially for personalised nature of event.
3.2 Items that have been printed off are non-refundable due to personalised nature. These cannot be resold anywhere else.
4. Damaged/ faulty orders: Any order which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. All other damaged or faulty order please inform within 7 working days.
5. Refund: A refund will only be made after items have been received back to Insta Promotions. Upon reviewing the items a refund will or will not be made within 15 working days. Any deemed damage by customer no refund will be given. Cost of postage will be paid by the customer. Please email us for return delivery address at with your order or reference number.
