These terms apply on all orders.
1. All orders will only be processed once they have been accepted on email or phone by the relvant person representing their company or business on behalf of its owners.
2. Payment terms: We only accept bank transfer (BACS) payments and no card payments are taken (as of now). We will never ask you to pay by card. All orders must be paid on or with acceptance. If there is no payments received the order will not be processed on that day.
3. Cut off timings: Our cut off timings are 5pm (Monday to Thursday) and 4pm on Friday. All orders placed must be accepted and paid by that time to be processed same day. If payment is received late or wihtout an appropriate order reference number. This could cause a delay and Insta Promotions will not be liable for them.
4. Passing of title and risk: The risk of goods will pass to you on delivery. All goods remain our (Insta Promotions) property until full payment is made.
4. Alteration to order: We reserve the right to alter any details or design on the products without any notice, this is mostly down to what alterations are being put forward from the production team.
5. Quotations: Orders are accepted based on any adjustments needed on tax, import duties, customer or otherwise. This is usually within our control and government can change certain tax rates and the order amounts will change accordingly.
6. Delivery timings: We try our best to deliver orders at the earliest. But this is not possible at all times due to unforeseen reasons. No responsibility for delay or error in delivery. But will accomodate our customers at all times. Lead times will commence from the date order is received, sgined off for artwork and paid in full.
7. Variation in Quantity: We will fulfill our contracts by devliery of a quantiy variations of 10% more or less of the the printed goods ordered. You will only be charged for the order. No refund or extra amount will be charged.
8. Pricing: All products listed are subject to VAT of 20%. All items are listsd without VAT. If you are a business registered with VAT, you shall be able to claim this back. A final price will be confirmed once we have recieved all order specifications.
9. Changes to order and artwork: All changes must be made before finalisation of order. This includes artwork sign off, all specifications given and paymnet made. If the work on your order has started and is in production this is an event after sale and please refer to our refunds policy for this.
An order will only be finalised once Insta promotions have received on email the confirmed work from our comapny. We assume any order placed is placed with the approval and authority given by the owners and directors of the comapny (client). All liabilities to pay our invoices will lie on the comapny or the business (sole trader or partnership or otherwise).
10. Colour variations: The printing process is different for different types of orders and therefore there is no guarantee given to match the exact colour as shown on our website. Insta Promotions will endeavor to match as closely as possible to get the best quality of printng / colour achieveable.
11. Force Majeure: Insta Promotions is the trading name of MMHA LTD and will not be held responsible for failing to deliver or carrying out our obligations as per the order contract of sale, for reason arising out of any cause outside of our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles excapt at a higer price due to such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the order/ contract partly or in full without any notice without incurring any liability to you.
12. Area of delivery: We only deliver within the UK, no overseas orders are taken. But if we are requested to provide orders outside of UK. We will be able to confirm this prior to taking any orders and the costs of delviery at finalisation of order.
13. Delivery timings: Deliveries within the UK varies based on orders. It could anything between 5-14 working days based on order finalisation.
13.1 Delviery costs are separate to item costs advertised on our website.
13.2 Costs depends on external providers quotations and how quickly a customer needs their order delivered.
13.3 Delay is receiving the order must be reported to Insta Prmotions with no later than 7 working days.
